Material testing is the key-ressort of our company.
Scope of application:
– Within the limits of product development to verify and validate the components.
– Evaluation of material specification for user-specific adaption and further development of our strictly limited high performance compounds.
– Quality control prior to delivery of our products.
– Optimizing of production processes thru permanent supervision of the quality of the parts.
– Failure analysis.
To this various qualitative and quantitative inspections are carried out on our components. For these tests a variety of measuring and analysing
equipment is available.
In addition for complex and very special requirements extensive equipment from selected universities and research centers, with which an intensive
and interdisciplinary cooperation exits, is available on very short notice.
